Sarah Palin took to her Twitter and Facebook accounts yesterday to "fact check" and provide commentary on President Obama's State of the Union address. The graphic at the bottom is her summary of important topics that were seemingly too unimportant for President Obama to touch upon. Some fine examples of her responses (tweets) to President Obama's SOTU statements are here, here, here, and here. Early on, Palin introduced hash tag #sotUGottaBKiddingMehere. This is pure Sarah Palin. She's unleashed, unshackled, and on a mission to fight for her country. I love it!
It's almost time to "put on your dancing shoes" or I suppose in this case,
exercise your dialing finger and vote for Bristol and Mark (Team Ballin)
if you want to see them dance again next week. Bristol and Mark survived last week's double elimination round thanks to your help.
Rules for voting are below but first, some up to date news directly from Bristol who is speaking weekly with Kevin Scholla of SarahNetRadio. Following is Episode 4 of "Breaking It Down With Bristol".
How To Vote:
Voting information from Mark's Blog & updated to reflect current information:
The couples dance on Monday
nights for a score from the judges. Then the fans vote for their
favorite. The judges score counts 50% and the fans 50%. The key to the
judges score is that they convert it to a percentage. They take all the
scores from the judges and add them together. Then that number is
divided into the score for the individual couple. That gives the 50%
that counts as the judges scores. Same thing with the fan vote. All the
votes are totaled and that number is divided into the couples fan vote.
The lowest combined judges scores and fan scores send a couple home.
There will be three ways to vote:
The first is by phone800-868-3409.
The number will remain the same throughout the competition. Phone lines
open as soon as the show starts and stay open for 1 hour after the
show. Fans should try to phone vote as soon as the show starts. After
they dance and at end of the show are the hardest times to get through
and we want every single vote. You can vote on as many phones as you
have access to. For the first half of the season, voters will be allowed
the same number votes as the contestants. For example, the first week
there will be thirteen contestants, so each type of account gets 13
votes. The second week it will go down to 12. Once they are down to 5
contestants or less, the fans still get 5 votes per account.
ATT users can text their votes by texting the word "vote" to3409.
Once again you get the same number of votes as contestants. It is my
understanding you can text votes and call votes from the same phone.
The final way is online. Go to http://abc.go.com/shows/dancing-with-the-stars/.
On show nights there will be a vote tab. You have to have an account to
vote online. You should make your accounts before the show starts
because when the show is going the site crawls. You can vote with as
many accounts as you make.
Dancing with the Stars is definitely a team effort. Bristol and Mark will do the dancing-the fans have to do the voting!

Much ado has been made about last week's vice presidential debate and the bizarre behavior of Vice President Joe Biden with his inappropriate smiling and giggling. Speculation about his odd behavior abounds but as I've recently tweeted:
I've got 2 words for the liberals that screamed 4 yrs ago @SarahPalinUSA would only be a heartbeat away from president ==> #CrazyJoe
In 2008, slightly fewer than 70 million people viewed the Palin - Biden debate whereas Nielsen estimates that the 2012 Biden - Ryan debate drew some 51.4 million viewers. Here's what viewers in 2008 saw:
During week two of Dancing With The Stars,
Bristol and Mark were again deemed "safe". Once again, many
voters wanted to see Bristol and Mark return to dance during week
three. Dancing With The Stars will be on the air Monday, October 8th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on ABC. Be sure to tune in then vote to support Bristol and Mark!

Last week Bristol Palin and her professional partner Mark Ballas were in the bottom three; however, thanks to your votes, Team Ballin was deemed "safe" and survived to dance another week.
During their post-show interview, Bristol and Mark gave their fans some clues about the song they will "Quickstep" to in week number two airing tonight on ABC. Bristol cited that she "sings the song everyday" and seemed very excited to be able to get her song pick. Listen to the interview here:

This past week Bristol took to her own blog to let her supporters know they can help her by voting. If you want to see Bristol and Mark dance week after week, it's up to you to vote and make it happen! Voting information from Mark's Blog:
