State legislators who want to compromise
on a bill that would require parental involvement before a minor girl
can have an abortion are meeting with resistance from Gov. Sarah Palin.
Alaska currently has no law allowing parents to know about their minor
daughter's abortion beforehand. More
The attempt by the Obama administration to make Rush Limbaugh an enemy of the people, in the style
of 1984's Emmanuel Goldstein has failed. So, casting around for a new
devil to excite their base with, the Obama people have hit on Sarah

Some question my decision to accept job-ready
stimulus funds, while leaving on the table for discussion other funds
that grow government. Washington dollars are tempting, but we must
consider whether they create sustainability, help develop our
resources, reduce dependency on Washington, and all without mortgaging

and every event we've asked her to show up at?" others
righteously inquire. More

with reporters and editors at The Washington Times. "I love her family.
I am convinced that her running on the ticket energized the Republican
Party in a way that, let's have some straight talk, that I couldn't or
Fact: On Election Day, Sarah Palin had more executive experience
than anyone else at the top of the ticket - Obama, McCain and Biden. In
fact, she was the only one with any executive experience. Beyond that,
she had more government experience than even Obama. His complete
inexperience wasn't a problem; her experience was (Alaska?). Sounds
kinda dumb when you actually say it, huh?
She was the target last
campaign season. Why? According to an anonymous source cited by
Politico, she was the "one feared." The attacks on Palin were
relentless and included everything from her daughter's pregnancy to her
ability to be a mom to even the way she dressed (sexism on all parts,
by the way). She was a Conservative who had to be marginalized to the
point where anything she did, said, or even wore was instantly suspect.
A brilliant move by the lackeys, but equally dishonest in intent.
Palin was the enemy because she represented true Conservatism.....More
